Poland Bike Ride

On 11 June 2010 I set out from Gdansk on a 1,117km journey across Poland to Bielsko Biala. I travelled with 9 others and 9 days later arrived, having visited 8 hospices to see the amazing work that they do first hand. We met hospice staff, volunteers and patients, made it into the Polish press, radio and TV, and raised over £7,000 to purchase medical equipment for hospices across Poland.
